OUR GUARNTEE : We guarantee our puppies to be in good health to the best of our knowledge. Puppies come with a Certificate of Health if they are 8 weeks or older.. Veterinarians will only give Health Certificate to 8 week old puppy's.. Puppies will be is good health at time of delivery..
***Puppies may be severely stressed by the change in their environment. Minor problems such as diarrhea, coccidiosis,wormy stool, etc.., may occur and must be treated. These conditions are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and should be checked by a veterinarian..
Our licensed veterinarian Dr. James E. Shearer 479-963-2221, has examined this puppy no more than ten days prior to delivery of said puppy, a certificate of
health was issued by the attending veterinarian for this puppy. The standard health examination includes:
1) Heart and Lungs
2) Internal and External Parasites
3) Coat and Skin Condition
4) Knee and Hip Joints
5) Eyes, Ears and Mouth
6) General appearance of the puppy.

BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
There are NO CASH REFUNDS under any circumstances. The buyer is to have the dog checked by a veterinarian within 2 days of pickup and seller shall be notified within the 24 hours if a Licensed veterinarian determines the dog has a un-treatable life threatening disease or illness. Written notification from the licensed veterinarian within 24 hours to qualify for a replacement dog only. Failure to complete this crucial step will terminate the health guarantee on you puppy, and will then nell and void..
You must provide your puppy with routine preventive care by a licensed veterinarian, such as, but not limited to: ** Physical examinations, ** vaccinations** De-Worming..
ONE YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE: YOUR PUPPY IS GUARANTEED UNTIL ONE YEAR Of AGE AGAINST FATAL AND LIFE THREATING DISEASES & Genetic Defects.
Genetic defects are defined as any issues that would prevent this puppy from living a normal healthy life.
As the date of delivery, your puppy has received proper vaccinations and has been dewormed on a strict schedule. You have been informed of the puppy's vaccination and deworming schedule and are aware of future vaccinations and deworming that will be due. Intestinal Parasites, (worms) are not considered a disease. Your Puppy has received the standard format of de-wormers. Puppy's are born with intestinal parasites and are treated for them. Your Puppy will not be allowed to go to you, if the Vet's fecal test is not negative. The test can show a negative result at the time of the test, and Puppy can still be retaining intestinal parasites. Your Vet will put your Puppy on a schedule for de-worming.
Reproduction is not guaranteed. If you are buying this dog for breeding, then you have to wait until(girls only)they are 24 months of age. If you get her bred before she is 2 yrs old, it will vild this contract.. This is to ensure for her safty and health .. Also this guarantee shall become null and void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within 7 days of your receiving Puppy. If a puppy dies due to Genetics within the 1 yr guarantee, a replacement puppy of equivalent value to you will be replaced when puppies are available.. If your puppy has a genetic disease and you choose to keep you puppy, then the health guarantee is void. Your puppy will no long be under this health contract and you, the buyer, will not hold Henderson Labrador Kennel resposible for any and all conditions that your puppy may have or occur durning its lifetime.
Shipping of a replacement Puppy is the responsibility of the buyer or if returning a puppy to get a replacement puppy, then it is your( buyer) responsability to pay for both returning the puppy to Henderson Labrador Kennel and having a new puppy shipped to you... No refunds will be given.. Any occurring vet expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you Decline a replacement puppy, then Henderson Labrador Kennel shall be under no further obligation and it will be deemed that YOU , the buyer, has released Henderson Labrador Kennel from any and all further claims and voids this health guarantee... There is no cash refunds. If a replacement dog is unavailable at the time then buyer will have first pick of same sex purchased from next available litter. . Seller has the right to choose another veterinarian for a second opinion to confirm diagnosis before a replacement dog is given.. We(HENDERSON LABRADOR KENNEL) will not be held responsible for any medical expenses. You, (the buyer), are fully aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understand that you will be responsible for all payments..
Health Guarantee VOID if dog/puppy is sold to another party or given away. All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. If the dog dies within this one year time frame, you must pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason of death. If you do not then contract is void..
Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
NO GUARANTEE IS GIVEN ON THE FOLLOWING:
A. Against PARVO or CORONA VIRUS as immunities vary with each dog
B. Payment of any veterinarian bills made/incurred by the buyer
C. Female dogs being able to produce liters or male dogs having both testicles when mature.
D. For show potential, size of the dog, slipped-joints, or death due to negligence on the part of the buyer.
E. Against hip dysplasisa (This Guarantee does not cover your puppy's hips,even though it is a hereditary problem.. There is No Guarantee that ANY Labrador Puppy will be free of Hip Dysplisa. It is a common Labrador trait & even with 2 parents with excellent hips, they will produce up too 4% puppies with hip dysplaisa; Excleent to Good breeding will produce 8-10% with some hip dysplaisa; Good to Good breeding will produce 18% with some hip dyslpaisa, and the percentages just climb as the ratings drop to Fair,Mild, and Moderate.
